Your Information Footprint
This notice explains how Squad Tiny Pavilion Studio Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit squadtinypavilion.living or contact us. We are the data controller. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, name (if given) and the content of your message, including any style scenario you paste or attach.
- Scenario tool. The contact page tool runs entirely in your browser. Text you type there is not transmitted to us unless you choose to email it.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Local storage. Your cookie choice may be stored in your browser. See our Cookies page.
Why and on what basis
We process emails to respond to you and, with your agreement, to develop anonymised articles (legitimate interests and consent). We process server logs to keep the site secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data, run advertising profiles or share data with brands.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise. Server logs are retained by our host for up to 30 days.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
